Christina Messer’s journey into tax strategy began with a moment many know all too well—the shock of an unexpected tax bill. Determined never to face that surprise again, she dove into the world of tax planning, discovering proactive strategies typically reserved for corporations and the wealthy. Armed with this knowledge, she realized a gap in the industry: small business owners, especially female entrepreneurs, lacked accessible guidance to reduce their tax burdens and grow their wealth.
Driven by her passion for helping entrepreneurs navigate their accounting journeys, Christina founded Clues & Co., a boutique tax and accounting firm with a detective-like approach. Just like a skilled investigator, she examines every detail of her clients’ finances, searching for overlooked opportunities and hidden savings. But unlike traditional accountants who only show up at tax time, Clues & Co. provides year-round support—listening, advising, and guiding clients every step of the way.
